Warranty Management

PES is fully capable of supporting OEM and dealer warranties by successfully integrating customer operations, claims processing, and quality assurance. Products to be returned to OEM's for credit or replacement are checked to ensure the warranty's entitlement and products are tested to eliminate false claims. PES's warranty support helps to improve warranty chain visibility and in turn realize improved cost management and minimize claim-processing time.

All repaired or refurbished units have a minimum of a 90 day warranty, which is limited to workmanship and materials under normal use. Products returned that do not qualify for warranty will be returned to the customer. Parts no longer required will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include a restocking fee of up to 25%.
