Helpdesk/Technical Support Services

 

PES's helpdesk is the customer's source of support for product related issues. The helpdesk is staffed by representatives who can either assist the customer directly or forward them to the appropriate representative. PES's helpdesk software provides the means for the customer to log and track problems until they are resolved. It also provides management information regarding support activities.

PES's technical support is a user-friendly technical assistance resource that helps customers having technical problems with the products we support. The technical support team is composed of individuals that are familiar with the operation of the product exhibiting problems. Based on their familiarity with the products supported, the technical support team can usually assist in identifying real hardware or software related problems thereby minimizing product returns due to incorrect set-up operations or user related difficulties. Technical support contact information is provided with the packaging material included with the replacement part.
